Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation, governance, and operational management of a large-scale Microsoft Azure environment. This role requires deep Azure expertise, strong infrastructure and security knowledge, and experience leading enterprise cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage enterprise Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
Configure Azure networking, security, governance, and compliance policies.
Lead cloud migration projects from on-premises to Azure.
Manage backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity solutions.
Monitor and optimize Azure environments using Azure Monitor, Workbooks, and Alerts.
Perform infrastructure troubleshooting and production support.
Drive vulnerability remediation and security improvements.
Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams.
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

10+ years of enterprise Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience.
7+ years of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred; ARM/Bicep acceptable).
10+ years implementing Azure networking, security, governance, and monitoring.
10+ years planning and executing on-premises to Azure cloud migrations.
10+ years managing enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Experience with Azure Monitor, observability, dashboards, and alerting.
Experience with vulnerability remediation and security best practices.
Strong networking knowledge (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
Networking certifications (CCNA, Network+, or equivalent).
